Our Specialities: from the Lake, but not only..... Our chef, Luciano, uses locally produced ingredients and freshly-caught lakewater fish to create refined but simple dishes without traducing our long history of serving traditional fare.

Our chef's distinctive take on Mediterranean couisine can be fully appreciated in the selection of first courses.
Freshly-caught lakewater fish: Lavarelli,Missoltini,similar to bream, lake bass,Alborelle,mullet fillets, and eel.The tradition of polenta dishes is well-represented: Cunscia ,taragna with garnishes ranging from braised beef to fish cooked in parsley and garlic, with local salamis, hams and cheeses.
An ample selection of meats is also offered: seared, grilled or en poivre.
